Short term rental management can be complicated but we are here to make it simple for both you and your guests. We set up systems to make the management of a STR painless and efficient.

If you have a property that you want to turn into a short term rental, then yes, you qualify. If you don’t currently have a short term rental and aren’t sure where to get started, send us over a message, we can help with that too.

Our cut is a percentage of your gross revenue per month. We choose what level of management works best for our clients, charging either 15%, 20%, or 25% of gross booking payouts.

We encourage all of our customers to stay in their property from time to time. It isn’t a requirement, but who doesn’t love a trip every once in a while.

Hi, my name’s Jaryn. I started this company because of a frustrating day in my own house, fighting with the process of trying to figure out how to put my home on AirBnB. After going through all the motions of researching a market, buying a house, renovating said house, furnishing and then getting it listed I thought, hmmm, I could help some people with this!

All website design work has been completed by the Programming and Web Development students at Pathfinder Tech High School located in Palmer, MA. The Junior and Senior classes, consisting of 15 students, have collaborated with Jaryn to develop the website. This has been a great partnership and learning experience for these local students.
