• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please include your pet in the booking so we know ahead of time. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.

To provide a high level of security and safety all Berkshire Vacation Rental Co. properties are equipped with a security camera facing the parking area and noise monitoring hardware inside the home. If either of these items are tampered with in any way guests will be alerted immediately and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the problem isn't rectified. 

There is space for parking two cars in the driveway. Please note, road and driveway of the property are gravel / dirt. Make sure to have an AWD equipped car in the winter months.

The house has a beautiful view of the lake and was perfect for our family with 3 kids, with a great living room and dining room for us to hang out in, have meals, play games and spend time together. The living room was a peaceful place to relax by the fire after a day of skiing and listen to music on the Alexa included in the rental. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals and we appreciated the pantry including some basic staples we forgot to pack. the property is about 12 minutes from Butternut, a perfect location for a ski holiday. 5 minutes away is a breakfast and lunch spot with the best raspberry pancakes we'd ever had! Great Barrington is about 20 minutes away so it was easy to get there for dinners or to see live music. We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again when we go back up to the Berkshires next!" (10/5)
