If you are planning on bringing a service animal please reach out to us ahead of time so we can verify paperwork. If a pet is brought on the premises without alerting us the reservation will be cancelled.

To provide a high level of security and safety all Berkshire Vacation Rental Co. properties are equipped with a security camera facing the parking area and noise monitoring hardware inside the home. - **Stephanie Wall**: "The home is a gorgeous space. Very open, full of light, and beautifully decorated. Check in was easy. Location was close to skiing, restaurants, and a lovely downtown. The house (bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc) was stocked with everything we could have needed.
We ran into 2 issues, though, one of which Jaryn was able to fix quickly. First, the downstairs shower wasn't working, and soon after, the bathroom sink. The next day, Jaryn was able to come out to the house and fix it.
The bigger issue for us was the sauna. When selecting a home to reserve, I ended up picking Jaryn's because of the private sauna included in the title of the listing. My husband and I are exhausted parents and it was Valentine's day. We were very excited. However, the sauna didn't turn on at all. No power to it. Jaryn checked on it when we came out for the water issue and found that he wasn't able to fix it. As compensation, he refunded us for a night of our stay, which we appreciated." (6/5)
