There’s lots of windows, great views and light, nice decor, plenty of blankets, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of wood for the fireplace. You can see a sliver of the lake from the house, and the immediate area is walkable on quiet, dead end roads with vintage lake houses spread out nearby. The house is close to many attractions, markets, and historic village centers. 

Jaryn is a responsive, friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make the house accessible and comfortable after some unexpected snow and the extreme cold took its toll on the weekend. I’d gladly recommend him and this house." (10/5)

Well laid out and beautiful furnishings felt like staying in someone’s real home not a staged rental. While not a large space, felt spacious and had all the amenities needed. Doesn’t have a dishwasher if that matters to you. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and had good water pressure. place was clean. Provided coffee, spices and ample kitchenware. Bonus was allowing our dog. If you visit in winter, beautiful faux wood stove that feels like a fireplace heats the cottage well and makes it feel cozy. 
Since other reviewers mentioned spotty wifi - The router is in the first bedroom closet so if you take it out of closet, wifi worked well. 
We enjoyed tubing at Bousquet mountain, five minutes away. within ten minutes of supermarket, restaurants and lots of nature hikes. Recommend Norman Rockwell museum in Stockbridge. Would definitely come back again." (10/5)
