What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM and checkout is anytime before 11:00 AM. If you're hoping for an early check-in or late checkout, just send us a message when you make your reservation and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Are pets allowed?
We love four-legged guests! Dogs are welcome at select properties within our portfolio. A flat $100 pet fee applies per stay. When booking, be sure to include your pet when creating your reservation and check the individual listing to confirm pet-friendly availability — or reach out to our team and we'll help you find the perfect home for you and your pup.
How do I access the property?
All of our homes are self check-in. You'll receive the exact address and detailed check-in instructions via message at 8:00 AM on the morning of your arrival. If you're planning to arrive after 9:00 PM, just give us a heads up ahead of time and we'll make sure someone is available in case you need any assistance getting in.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a 100% refund for reservations canceled up to 30 days before arrival, excluding the processing fee. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding the processing fee. If you have any questions about your specific reservation, don't hesitate to reach out to our team.
Can I pay in installments?
You may choose to pay in full or half when you make your booking and half later.
Can I request the family amenity add-on at any time before my stay?
